TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The website www.partyrentals.us (“Website”) is operated by PartyRentals.US, Inc. (“PartyRentals.US”). Rental services are provided by our partner rental company (“Vendor”). These Terms explain the process for requesting and placing rental orders.

  1. RENTAL SERVICE
    All rental services are provided by the Vendor. When you submit a quote request on our Website, it is sent directly to the Vendor.

  2. QUOTE REQUEST
    After you submit a quote request, the Vendor will contact you before the end of the next business day (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

  3. RATES
    The minimum order value for delivery is $500 worth of rental equipment. This minimum may change depending on the month or delivery requirements.
    Prices shown on the Website are for a one-day rental and include delivery the day before your event and pickup the day after.
    Prices do not include sales tax or additional fees. Tax and fees will be added when you receive your quote. All prices are subject to change.

  4. DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
    a) Standard delivery is provided as a round trip (delivery and pickup) during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The delivery fee for New York City is $75 (ground level or first floor only). This fee may vary depending on the month and venue location.
    b) Special delivery or pickup requests outside of standard hours or conditions will incur additional fees and must be arranged in advance.

  5. WEBSITE CONTENT
    Images shown on the Website may vary slightly from the actual equipment you receive due to manufacturer changes or normal wear and tear.

  6. LEGAL
    You assume all risks associated with the possession, use, transportation, and storage of the rented equipment.
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PartyRentals.US, its agents, employees, officers, directors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the possession, use, transportation, or storage of the equipment, regardless of cause or fault. PartyRentals.US is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Website. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect under New York law.

  7. PRIVACY
    We handle all personal information you provide (such as name, address, phone number, and email) according to our Privacy Policy. Any questions, comments, or suggestions you send us are considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
